Another long overdue post with new information!

Happy 2015, I mean 2016! Are you like me? Does it take you until February to remember that we’ve hit a new year? One of these years, I’ll get it right…

Anyway. Happy New Year! We’ve had an interesting year over here, what about you? So what’s new with us? Let’s see…

We’re launching our new Wellness and Freedom Program! What is this program? Well, it’s a simple program that allows people to age in place by reducing worry by caregivers and increasing safety for the senior.

What does that mean? It is a wellness program that gives a loved one the freedom to continue living safely at home and gives family and caregivers the freedom of knowing that things are fine and are notified if they aren’t.

What does it do? It learns the senior’s normal daily activities and allows caregivers to know that everything is good, or if something is not. This bridges the distance gap whether across town or across the country.

It’s small and discreet, and the senior doesn’t have to do anything! They just continue to live their daily live as normal. I have so much information that I can share with you, just give me a call at 252-355-4900.

~~~
What else is new? What about a Do It Yourself security system? It’s a DIY with a little help from us. We program the entire system, and then ship it to you! You install all of the devices yourself! Don’t worry, you’ll be given instructions on how to properly mount your sensors. Give us a call to learn more about it!
~~~

Talk with you soon!

Well, hello there!

Hi, my name is Erin, this is our blog. Allow me to introduce myself, as it’s been awhile since we’ve posted anything.

We’ve had a lot of things going on around here since we last spoke.  What’s new? Well, let me tell you!

First, we have another option for our Personal Safety Devices! This new device is called the eResponder. It’s basically like On-Star for your person. If you’re ever in an accident or an uncomfortable situation, simply press the button and be connected to an operator. The operator will then assess the situation, and if authorities are needed, they will send them to you! There’s no need to tell the operator where you are, because the eResponder has e911 built in! It has a 2 month battery life, because it goes to sleep when it’s not in use. It’s waterproof, so if you chose to wear it on a lanyard, you can ever wear it in the shower. Or you can simply attach it to your keys!

It’s the perfect solution for realtors going to show homes alone, college students who walk across campus alone and at night, or anyone who just wants that extra bit of safety in their hand.

Second- We are now a BOSE Retail store! We’ve been a Bose Built-Invisible and Pro dealer and installer for some time, but they never let us have access to the Retail line. Well, they finally changed their mind! Now longer do you have to go to the outlets to get your Bose retail items, you can just come over to our office!

We’ve got your headphones, your Bluetooth speakers, all of it! Come by and see us!

Viva Las Vegas!

Hello! We attended ISCWest2014 in Las Vegas last week. What an amazing trip! Big shout-out to our Monitoring Station for allowing us to crash their booth.

We officially introduced the TriLOC GPS Personal Locater Watch AND our TriLOC Dealer Program last week. We had some fantastic conversations with some great people, and we’re really looking forward to working everyone!

No, it wasn’t all work and no play- we did get to go outside and play some too. We walked up and down the Strip, saw SOOOO many lights (I wonder what their electric bill is?), so many people: it really is one of the cities that doesn’t sleep! Good thing our rooms had black-out curtains, right?

What a great trip!
What a great trip!

A Recap that is long overdue…

I know, I know, it’s been awhile. But I have so much news to tell you! So let’s just get started, shall we?

In January, we attended our monitoring station’s Annual President’s Summit down in Florida. We flew out on the day that it snowed, and came back with most of the snow melted! But Florida wasn’t sunny and warm the whole time we were there, it was 40s and rainy! Ugh!

We also were invited to the Onslow County Autism Support Chapter meeting in Jacksonville. What a great meeting! Whitney and I really enjoyed attending the  meeting and telling everyone about the iLOC GPS Personal Locator watch.

In February, we got more snow. But it wasn’t as bad as the snow in January.

We also got our first shipment of iLOCs. Do you want one? Let me know, I’ll send you one!

Whitney and I went to Raleigh this past week, and attended the NC Governors Institute’s Innovative Technology Summit. We made some great connections, and were invited to ANOTHER conference in October. A few months away, but that’s ok!

Whitney and Dr. T are in Atlanta at TWO different conferences, AutismAvenue2014 and AutismOne.

Lots of conferences and meetings! Stayed tuned for more info…..

Oh, the weather outside is frightful…

But inside our office it’s nice and warm! How are you handling all this cold?

Personally, I’m not a fan of cold weather. The snow is very pretty to look at, but then I want it to go away. I’m ready for sunny and WARM days! Sunshine at 80 degrees works for me!

I know, I know, not everyone loves summer. That’s why we have different seasons- so everyone can have their favorite.

But if you don’t like the weather in North Carolina, just wait 20 minutes and it’ll change. That’s what “they” say, right?

Stay warm, y’all!
